Shipping & Returns Policy

At Cortelli, each piece is crafted with care and intention. Our shipping timelines vary by product and are noted on the individual product pages. Please note that these are estimates; delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier constraints, or other unforeseen factors.

International Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be settled by the recipient upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Photographs clearly showing the damage

  • A description of how the package was received

  • Images of the packaging, if available

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
